At Gardenview Estate Bed & Breakfast, Jenelle believes that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and takes pride in offering guests a delightful, nourishing start. Your stay includes breakfast for two, served in the charming main dining room at 9:00 am unless prior arrangements have been made.​
Our breakfasts are curated by your host, Jenelle, a former Registered Dietitian and a dedicated vegan for over a decade. She crafts each meal with love, focusing on wholesome, plant-based ingredients and highlighting garden-grown herbs and vegetables when in season. Guests can look forward to a rotating menu that features an array of satisfying sweet and savory plant-based dishes.​
The coffee and tea bar is accessible 24/7, and a selection of juice is offered during meal service.

Day 1: Banana French toast with coconut whipped cream.
Day 2: Savory biscuits & gravy accompanied by a side of sautéed greens.
Day 3: Lemon poppyseed pancakes with fresh lemon curd, served with breakfast sausage.
Day 4: Black bean & sweet potato hash topped with salsa and cashew sour cream.
Day 5: Belgian waffles with cinnamon apple compote, served with mini quiche.
Day 6: House-made cocoa granola with yogurt and fresh berries.
Day 7: Dress-your-own oatmeal bowls served with a scoop of our house-made nut butter and a variety of toppings, ranging from nuts and seeds to fresh fruit.
